A chalazion & sytes or an eyelid cyst, is a red, swollen bump on your eyelid that forms when an oil gland (called a meibomian gland) becomes blocked.
Ectropion is the medical term for outward-turning eyelids. This means your eyelid droops away from your eyeball, which exposes your eye, leading to dryness & irritation.
Entropion is a condition in which your eyelid, usually the lower one, is turned inward so that your eyelashes rub against your eyeball, causing discomfort.
Ptosis is a condition where your upper eyelid droops.
